Mitutoyo Quick Vision Active 404

Our Mitutoyo Quick Vision Active 404 combines optical and contact probing for precise measurement of complex geometries, contours, and surfaces. It’s used for first-article verification, fixture qualification, and detailed inspection of tight-tolerance features.

Height Gauging Systems

We utilize high-accuracy digital height gauges for fast and repeatable dimensional checks.
Our Fowler-Sylvac Hi-Cal 300 and Mitutoyo LH-600E provide reliable height, depth, and feature measurements for part verification, setup validation, and process control.

Highlights:

Resolution to 0.00005" (0.001 mm)
Fully digital measurement with high repeatability

Manual Measurement Tools

Not every job requires a CMM — but every part deserves attention to detail. Our machinists and inspectors use a full range of manual precision tools for in-process and final checks.
